Whether you’re taking your first tentative steps into movement or you’re an experienced dancer seeking deeper connection, I walk alongside you with the understanding that comes from my own path through healing, identity, and embodied resilience.

My approach is gentle yet powerful—trauma-informed and rooted in the understanding that every body carries both stories and strength. I help you discover the unique rhythms that live within you, drawing from rich cultural traditions while celebrating your individual expression. Together, we explore movement not as technique, but as a pathway to healing, liberation, and authentic self-discovery.

I specialize in supporting those who seek to deepen their relationship with their bodies, particularly folks from multicultural and racialized communities who want to reclaim movement as both medicine and joy.

My practice weaves together ancestral wisdom with contemporary understanding, creating healing-centred experiences where dance becomes embodied prayer, cultural connection, and personal transformation. I’m here to help you recognize and trust the profound wisdom your body already holds, supporting you in developing practices that celebrate your innate resilience and authentic expression.
